The Cookie Charity Sale was held on Mother's Day and the day before at eight selling points including Olympian City, Citywalk, the Lee Theatre Plaza etc.

'Aide et Action'(AEA) hosted a kick-off ceremony for the coming Mothers' Day cookie charity sale event to raise public awareness on women illiteracy issues in Mainland China, as well as to promote the coming cookie charity sale event in May.
AEAI South East Asia Board is formed 13 Feb 2011
The Constituent General Assembly of the AEAI-South East Asia Association was held recently on 13 February in Bangkok! After Africa and South Asia, and the amendment of the France Association's Statutes, South East Asia has therefore become the fourth member Association of Aide et Action International.

10 Oct 2010‘Aide et Action’(AEA) hosted an art jamming event on 10 Oct 2010, “Paint Against Women Illiteracy”, at CityWalk, Tsuen Wan to raise public awareness on women illiteracy issues, as well as to raise funds for organising literacy classes to help the women.

The volunteers visited the literacy classes in villages of Luo Dian of Guizhou Province. Volunteers not only know more about AEA, but also bring support and encouragement to women.
Aide et Action South Asia advocates bridge schools for children of Migrant Communities in India 22 March 2010
Aide et Action South Asia has initiated five schools on 11 March 2010 in the State of Andhra Pradesh, India. The project aims at offering approximately 300 migrant children an education in their native language in order to reintegrate them into the school system.
The children of Haiti are going back to school 15 March 2010
Following the terrible earthquake that devastated Haiti on 12 January 2010, Aide et Action is implementing the project “Nap Vanse”, which means “New Beginning” in Haitian Creole language, to assist families affected by the disaster. Children and their families are invited to the campus of the University of Quisqueya, south of Port-au-Prince.

The Aide et Action Post-emergency Project in Haiti, "Nap Vanse", has been broadcast on CNN USA and CNN International. The work by Aide et Action, in partnership with the University of Quisqueya, for children victims of the disaster was presented by journalist Michael MacKenzie.

The Haitian population, who has already been heavily affected, is now forced to cope with the aftermath of the earthquake which has just stroke Port-au-Prince and its surroundings. The tremblor caused major damages in the city and thousands of people are feared dead. Such a large earthquake has hit Haiti in the past 200 years.

Raising Funds for Women’s Literacy Classes in China Dec 2009The first fundraising-through-painting charity event, "Teach a mother, teach a nation" was held successfully on 15th December at an art jamming studio in Hong Kong. There were over 50 guests that attended this meaningful event and many donors had experienced the joy of art jamming for the first time.
