Today we have more than 60,000 monthly donors supporting us worldwide and have about 650 regular volunteers supporting our projects.
Street Fundraising
Monthly donors, or we called it "sponsors", are AEA's major source of funding support. We are now conducting a street fundraising event to recruit new sponsors in Hong Kong and also to take this opportunity to introduce us to the public and to raise awareness towards the importance of basic education.
Our fundraising representatives, dressed in bright yellow uniforms with identity badges, will travel to different parts of Hong Kong and work in locations like major footbridges and transport terminals. They will hold a presentation folder that contains our information and copies of registration documents. If you meet any of our team by chance, feel free to talk to them and give them a warm support! For security, the outdoor fundraising activity will not accept donations in cash, but through credit card or autopay.
Sponsorship – the arrangement of monthly donation – provides a stable resource of funds so we can plan and run large-scale projects.
